The Blue Sky Precinct was the first residential precinct developed at Adda Heights, comprising 172 units of double storey Cluster and Semi-Detached homes in 4 design options. This precinct was launched in Nov-2005 and occupied in Sep-2007. This is the third project which featured the cluster house concept in Southern Malaysia.
