Clean lines and forms with large overhanging mono-pitched roofs define their built form.The Bungalows feature a column-free car porch whereby the roof is totally cantilevered. A recessed space for a courtyard enfronting the dining forms the heart of the living areas on the ground floor. Daylighting and cross-ventilation is optimised through both openable sides of the dining area.
The Semi-Detached houses have an impressive formal entrance under a wide car porch, beyond which is a courtyard that embraces the glazed dining area.
